This event, taking place in the gallery at 25 Blythe Road in Olympia is to raise funds for and awareness of West London Action for Children, a small, independent, local charity working in Hammersmith & Fulham and Kensington & Chelsea since 1917. The Kensington Wine Rooms: Natural Wines & Artisan Cheese – Sat 24 Mar 3-4pm

The Kensington Wine Rooms:
Natural Wines & Artisan Cheese
Sat 24 Mar 3-4pm

A few years back, the ‘natural’ label could be used to excuse a whole host of faults,
but the movement has largely outgrown its hippy roots in favour of a focus on quality.

Higher end wineries now embrace low intervention, low additive winemaking
and the belief that better fruit begets better wine in the bottle (simple really!).

Paired with amazing cheeses from Paris’ master fromager Androuet, join us for a journey
through deliciousness pairing natural wines and artisan cheeses.

5pm-6pm

The Brackenbury Wine Rooms:
Wine Class – Austria vs Greece
Sat 24 Mar 5-6pm

Two countries with apparently not a lot in common: ski resorts vs island beaches, Mozart vs Demis Roussos… Except that they both spawn some delicious wines that haven’t yet made it onto everybody’s radar screen, let alone their wine cellar!

In this class we will take a closer look at those exciting, understated wine countries and hopefully show you a few hidden gems to impress your friends!
